Is communion open to everyone?

Holy communion is celebrated every Sunday at 9:30AM services.  It is the Lord’s Table and He invites all to His Table!  We come believing Jesus is our Lord and Savior and that He is present in this meal, giving us forgiveness, life and salvation.

What can I expect in worship?

The feel of each service is largely determined by the music that has been selected for each service.  All services follow the basic Lutheran liturgy, which includes, scripture readings, psalms, prayer, confession, praise, thanksgiving, and Holy Communion.

What are the times and styles of worship services?

9:30 am – a combined service with some traditional organ music and some contemporary music with Rejoice Band

What is the ELCA?

A merger of three Lutheran churches in 1988 created the ELCA.  It is the 7th largest religious body and largest Lutheran denomination.  To see more about the ELCA click here.

What does it mean to be Lutheran?

Lutheranism identifies with the theology of Martin Luther.  We believe in a doctrine of “by grace alone through faith alone on the basis of scripture alone”.  The Bible is the authority on all matters of faith.  To learn more click here.
