Bridge of Faith is a ministry in Whittier established to provide housing and support for young women leaving the foster care system. They have a need for any set of skills, from giving computer classes to home repair.

+granola bars +baby food +formula
+shampoo +toothpaste +soap

Even though the season for housing the homeless and preparing their meals at St. Matthias has ended, we can still help out. As you travel on vacation during the next few months, save those small size hotel items (soap, shampoo, etc.) and donate them for the homeless. There will be a container in the Narthex for you to deposit these items. Little throw away items for us-can be deeply appreciated by someone who has nothing.
