CIRCLE NEWS
Update on KIVA activities

The women of St. Andrew have banded together to help support women in third world countries who are trying to make livelihoods for their families in many different ways. Currently the following women are being supported:

Milka Mwago Gatarwa is selling eggs in Kenya. She has been in business for 2 years and wants to increase her business.
Irma is selling clothing in Huancayo, Peru. She travels to Lima to get the merchandise, and has been in business for over 6 years.
Polly Kamau operates a motorcycle transport business. She will use the money to buy a motorbike.
Annabelle Seiton runs a general store in Cauayan, Phillipines. She will use the money to purchase more stock to sell.

If you wish to find out more about these, and other women that have been helped, you can visit the Resource Center in the Fellowship Hall. There is a binder with information sheets on all of the women that have been helped by St. Andrew, and a detailed explanation of what KIVA is all about.
